1. No Data Collection

At Lemba / GemFold, your privacy is strictly protected. We do not collect, store, save, or train our own models on any of your text, logic, chat conversations, or the generated visualizations. What happens on your device, stays on your device or is temporarily processed securely.

2. Third-Party Services (AI Processing)

To provide you with highly accurate visualizations and analysis, we utilize third-party AI APIs (specifically Google Gemini AI). When you submit text for visualization, your raw text is transmitted securely to these third-party providers purely for the purpose of analyzing and generating the visual code.

Please note that neither we nor our API providers use your submitted data to train public models. Specifically:

• Google does not use prompts sent via the Gemini API to train their foundation models.
• Your data is processed transiently and is not permanently stored on our databases.

3. Local Storage

We may use local browser storage (such as localStorage) to keep track of your daily usage limits or simple preferences (like developer mode clicks). This data remains completely on your local device and is never transmitted to us to track your identity or browsing habits.

4. Firebase & Analytics

We use Firebase occasionally to count anonymous aggregated metrics, such as how many times the `Interesting` or `Send Suggestion` buttons are clicked. These are completely anonymous counts and contain no personally identifiable information (PII).
